Biography: Mary Silbert

Mary is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Training and Development.  She has held management positions in several industries including retail, oil and gas, and manufacturing. She has also held positions in Affirmative Action and EEO Compliance, Recruiting and Employment and Training and Development.

Currently, she is a Corporate Performance Consultant with Adminstaff.  Mary develops and facilitates a variety of training classes including Management Development, Supervisory Training, New Employee Orientation and Conversational Spanish. She is also involved in projects focusing on employee onboarding and wellness.
